Smoothies are all I need this summer. They cool you down, instantly. My new favorite is the banana strawberry smoothie.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
a frozen banana
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 cup of milk
2 tbsp honey or alternatively a tbsp of sugar
lots of ice
Put everything in a smoothie maker or a good blender and blend till smooth. Serve!
