Egg and Toast Cups [Repost]

Oh what wonderful breakfast! I felt like a kid eating this and it was so delicious.

Here’s how you can make this breakfast! 

Serves 2:

2 fresh slices of bread
2 eggs
4 slices of pepperoni
butter for greasing
cupcake tray

Preheat the oven to 190 C or 375 F.

Flatten bread with a rolling pin and cut out a 5 inch circle. Butter the cupcake tray and align the bread. Make sure to patch up broken ends. It may look messy but it will turn out great.

Cut up pepperoni slices and line the bread. You put them in whole if you wish. Break an egg into the bread cup and bake for 20-25 mins or until the egg has set.

Serve it with some fresh vegetables and you’re done. It is my new favorite breakfast.
